Vanessa uses her background in trauma-informed embodiment, creativity coaching, and career mentorship, to provide experiences that help people to connect to their innate power to progress. She continues to learn, train and grow as a leader, continuously evolving for her clients and in her practice.

Vanessa has over 15 years of professional experience in the international Arts Industry. She is a Certified Creativity Coach and blends her education in coaching, performing arts, and EFT/TFT to provide a well-rounded coaching and healing experience. In her own artistic career, Vanessa has trained and performed around the world, working on world tours, music videos, film and television. She has worked as a Choreographer and Movement Coach with renowned artists such as Xavier Rudd, Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza, Jemaine Clement, Bill Irwin, Rachel Keller and many more. As an active Show Writer and Producer, Vanessa has created and collaborated on stage shows for over a decade. She is the owner and founder of The Lovers Cabaret and Luminesque Dance and is also an acclaimed Heels dance teacher. Vanessa continues to train, perform, and create shows across the Lower Mainland.
